Annie Murphy

Annie Murphy is the name of Anne Frances Murphy who was born on the 19th of December in 1986. Her nationality is Canadian but she works in Hollywood. She was best known as Alexis Rose on the CBC television sitcom, Schitt's Creek which began in the year 2015. It ended in 2020. Her character received critical acclaim and won the Primetime Emmy Award. She was born in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Both of her parents were teachers. Elmwood School is in Ottawa. The stage was where she performed in productions. Following her graduation at Concordia University with a theatre degree, she enrolled in the Canadian Film Centre's Actor's Conservatory. From there, she attended lessons at the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory in which acting classes were taught. After that, she relocated into Los Angeles at the age of 22 and pursued acting as a career. Annie Murphy began her career in 2007 when she appeared on the television crime thriller film Lethal Obsession. The actress went on to play minor roles and even more in a variety of movies. Some of these films are very popular for their time, like Story of Jen released in the year 2008, Lick in 2010, as well as A Windigo Tale released the following year. Additionally she appeared in Canadian television series such as Good God' aired in the year 2012 Rookie Blue which was aired in the same year. She seems to be able to take on several acting roles.
